Brian JohnHOLLISPassed away peacefully in hospital with his family at his side. Dearly missed by his wife Hazel, son Simon, daughter Liz and daughter in law Lois. A service to celebrate his life will be held at Stafford Crematorium on Wednesday 31st July at 3pm. Family flowers only please, but donations, in lieu, if desired will support the UHNM Charity, whose aim is to improve facilities and patient care.
